That’s whet you get from us as my history goes back a little further than the rest of the team. I’m the Old Boy.
Nathan Jenkins
Technical Director
When it comes to his work, Nathan is an absolute perfectionist to the last millimetre. Although he has 18 years of industry specific experience, he is always keen to push himself further.
He strives to be the best, in order to deliver the best. His customers are of upmost importance; they always come first.

We began this small family business in 2008 – I continued at that time to work in my profession as a Commercial Property Manager for another 11 years. I wanted to come into the family business fully utilising the skills I had learnt throughout my career. The one thing that stood out to me within this industry was always the lack of customer service, care and true value for money. I wanted to be part of a business that actually does care and puts the customer at the heart of everything, This is so much more rewarding than unhappy customers or service users. It’s a pleasure to be able to use my skills for our family business in any way that I can to add value.

Hi I’m Louie and I am an apprentice at Berjen, having joined the company in September of 2021 straight out of school no prior experience of the job, I have learned so many skills and gained knowledge already. One of the most enjoyable parts of working at Berjen is knowing I am working with experienced people who are doing the job to the highest standard possible and knowing they will get the best out of me.
